Shipping Info

Once I receive your order, I do my best to ship orders within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. During holidays, there may be a delay with shipping. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me by email and I will respond to your email within 24 hours. As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.

 

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Exclusive Kouture is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. I handle your merchandise with a very high level of importance & love. I throughly check your order prior to packaging it to ensure that your order is correct and that there are no defects/damages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. I will assist you as much as possible in the event you do have to file a claim with USPS.
